This piece was such a treasure to find!  Yellow is definitely not one of the colors of sea glass that I find often, so when I do, I want to make something special.

This piece measures 2 inches (5.5 cm) from top to bottom and 2 cm across.  I carefully hand wrapped it in sterling silver, creating heart shaped "wings" on the top which perfectly sets off the glass.  The glass itself is a soft yellow/cream which is perfect for summer!

Every sea glass pendant comes complete and ready to wear on an 18 inch, sterling silver cable chain with a sterling spring clasp.  If you would like a different length chain, just leave me a note upon checkout and I will be happy to adjust it for you.

What is sea glass?  Well sea glass, also called beach glass, is old glass bottles that were tossed into the sea.  The rocks, sand, and waves break them up into pieces and wear them down to a frosted treasure.  These treasures are then tossed back up onto the beach with the tides to be found and given new life.
